Everyone in the process was professional, clear and understanding.
I felt a little uncomfortable walking in the operating room in my pants and socks, and lying on the table with my pants around my ankles without a cover of any kind felt a little exposed but that's an oberservation, not a complaint.
Very pleased.

Initial call was very polite and professional. Correspondence has been clear and concise. All staff at facility very polite and professional. Surgeon was professional and along with assistant , made process very easy/relaxing.
